Marcia A. Tuttle, Age 71 of Delano passed away Sunday. Survived by her loving family: husband John Tuttle; sons and daughters-in-law Christopher and Jennifer Tuttle, Richard and Theresa Tuttle; grandchildren Carly (Josh) Perez, Ellie Tuttle, Jared Tuttle, Mason Tuttle and Andra Tuttle; brothers David (Phoebe) Strimling, Michael Satre; sister-in-law Joyce Dahlberg.
